The popular misconception among entrepreneurs that sleep is a waste of valuable time is making this unhealthy habit sound like a proof of devoted entrepreneurial spirit. Constant lack of healthy sleep not only will slow you down, but will make you unable to perform well during the day and will shaken your ability to focus well. But staying in bed for long hours without actually having a quality sleep is also not very effective. To maximize the effect of a 6 hour sleep you should make it efficient by relaxing your mind, ditching the technology from the bed and really focus on active rest.
